A Cup of Ambition is the speakers platform for female speakers. WHY? We create stage to the female speakers to get a better representation on the various stages. At this point 90% of the speakers on stage are men - which is not the representation we see in society. Therefor we have the mission MORE WOMEN ON STAGE! We accomplish with our 3 pilars: 1. Agency - we represent 30 female speakers and create opportunities to get them on stage 2. Academy - We have various tracks for female powerhouses to OWN every stage - also in meeting for instance. 3. Advisory - creating a programs a companies to give women off the company a stage to express and share their story. It is all about skills. (incredible and huge impact in the company. Full Management Siebel CRM System. Responsibilities: My responsibilities in 2015 and 2016 mainly focused on the Siebel development role. This included fully configuration of change requests (CR) in Siebel CRM Public Sector according to the ‘Waterfall’ method, Technical and Functional testing, hour estimation of the CRs, problem solutions in TOPdesk within the agreed SLAs and writing Functional- and Technical Designs. Change management was another responsibility of mine. That included, assigning Change requests to team members for estimations, keeping the client engaged to the CRs and continuous Change Management process improvement. Besides assigning, I too impacted CRs, evaluated the requests and asked for clarifications when needed. Since Agile was a prefect way to work with the client, we created a team who thought out the new processes, prepared, set up and presented the new possible way of working together with the Agile methodology. I was fully involved with the process and personally gained a new interest in the Agile method. In 2014 50% of my role as a Incident Manager involved responsibilities, such as clarifying the incoming incident with the client, assigning incidents to the responsible team member and chasing resolution of the incidents to be completed within the SLA's. Also, actively improving the Incidentmanagement process for a better alignment between the team and the client. As a side activity and also a great interest of mine, was the implementation of the new Change- and Incidentmanagement tool TOPdesk. This implementation included: - Process remodelling and implementing; - Giving workshops to the align the team and client; - Writing manuals of the software. The remaining 50% of my role in the project concerned development tasks in the Siebel CRM as stated above. Main roles in 2013 were Incidentmanager and Siebel developer, as well as full implementation of a new Change- and Incidentmanagement tool (ITSM). Show less
