      Mindful Eating has enabled me to improve my relationship with food. I had gone from fat to thin all my life, even becoming anorexic for a few years. However, studying the effects of mindfulness, I lost 8½ stone (54 kilos) in weight going from a size 20-22 to a size 10-12. What I learnt is now part of the 5-Way Mindfulness-led Size & Weight Change Programme, which I have co-authored.More importantly, I have kept that weight off.No diets, no guilt, just learning about the body and how you use food, the 5-Way Programme enables you to enjoy food and love yourself, not when you have lost the weight but all the time.
