I manage the iDRAW Program on the behalf of the University of Detroit Mercy which is powered by the State of Michigan's Marshall Plan for Talent Grant. Under leadership for the Director of Diversity and Inclusion from the MDCR, I provided a report to the State Board of Civil Rights on “School Safety and Equity in Michigan Public Schools after Oxford.” A report on inequitable school safety procedures are racially and economically inequitable in Michigan and how it feeds into the school shooting epidemic in Michigan.
