  I have the responsibility of working with students who require Tier 2 and Tier 3 intervention for math. Using data from assessments given, I determine where students need mathematical support and I offer it in small group settings. I model lessons for teachers and team teach, when needed. I prepare and run PLC's monthly for all grade leveks, K-5. I collect school data and present it to the school Division, expounding on the school's strengths as well as its weaknesss.
