As the only UI/UX designers at our company, Joy took on huge amount of responsibility from the very beginning. In our companies' fast pace environment Joy tackled a very high volume of projects with diligence and ease. As marketing manager I relied on her heavily for projects outside of her job description. She worked with me on marketing brochures, branding materials, blog post illustrations, email marketing templates, social media branding ect.. There is really nothing she can't do. For me Joy's biggest asset is her ability to stay calm under pressure and create unique pixel perfect graphics in a very short amount of time. She is a team player and is open to honest feedback and uses her creativity to produce high quality results. She also has a strong vision for branding and played a big part in pushing the company's brand forward. I would work with Joy again in a heartbeat.
Kevin L.
Joy is a creative and dependable worker who is not afraid take on big projects from the ground up. As VP of Product, I worked as Joy’s direct manager for about a year. Joy’s primary role was the UX/UI design of our website, but her job ended up being much more than that. She is capable of handling many projects at one time and delivers unique UI products under tough deadlines. Together we created a solid process from idea to design, starting with whiteboarding and moving into design. Together we performed benchmarks before starting projects to understand our competitors and keep up with best best practices. Joy is extremely versatile and worked on Web, PDFs and countless marketing projects. She is a pleasure to work with and brought so much to our team. She is always baking and if you are lucky she will bring her fun dog to work. Joy’s talent and eye for design will be a huge asset to any team and I look forward to working with her again someday soon.
