Joy magically gave me an extra day in my week. She helped me streamline and automate my CRM, invoicing, project management, knowledge-base and team communications in Monday.com. Before Joy I was doing this in work in a number of different apps and much of it was manual. After Joy most of the work is done Monday.com any part of the process that isn't is tied into the system through Zapier and 90% of the work is now automated. From the start of the engagement through completion, Joy was thoughtful, responsive and took initiative to solve unforeseen problems as they came along the way. She's kinda and positive.
