the operation of starting a cut of material according to insruction, and placing it on molds while operating a 360 degree press.Removing part from the mold when press opened, sanding the excessive debris off.Drilling if needed, and adding hard ware. From there it was sanded(prepped for painting)and went on a rack that was specific for that part, and properly labled.

I was either a feeder that spliced paper that product laid on going down the line, and being wound into a roll that measured to fit drums.Fed a aluminum wire that flowed into the center of the sticky rubber that made the insulation. This was called "swiggle".I also fed a hot mixer with about 10 lb.. slugs off wracks made in another department. If winding,I had to use a method for measuring the crimp in the wire, and the sticky swiggle.I changed small molds to make different sizes for different jobs.Placed the wonderful swiggle in barrels that I labled according to the process sheet. • Sep 1981 - Jul 1984

Supervised 3 production lines that packaged IV bags with instructions and got qick inspections.Went on to be labeled, and then to the warehouse where it was pulverized and shipped. Each lined a panel that was changed,as each batch was changed so they were always seperated.Lots of paperwork, and accountability.
