To whom it may concern: Ms. Joy Cherfan, an AUST communications major, worked under my supervision as an organizational/logistics assistant during the final three months of 2013 for a highly specialized study of media in Lebanon. Based on all the outstanding contributions that Ms Cherfan made to the IREX Media Sustainability project (a contract project for USAID) , I highly recommend her for any number of positions for which she might interview in the future. Ms Cherfan demonstrated a top level of organization and coordination abilities that enabled the project to move forward during an extremely tight deadline period. She exhibited a speed and accuracy in all organizational efforts; and also an ability to work with innovation and independence. Her skill set includes not only excellent written and verbal communications ability; event organization skills; and productive liaison with the members of the press with whom I was working; but also design abilities for all promotional and "brand" communications related to the project.
