      Support qualitative and quantitative research. Qualitative encompasses various boards/communities/online solutions. A collaborative approach is used to uncover insights, bring findings to light and deliver the rich abundant flavor of the respondents experience to the client report/summaries. This is done by managing and motivating a group of creative professionals. The quantitative side is a mix of traditional methodologies and new emerging techniques, using traditional coding methods in addition to more qual based ideas (word clouds, co-occurence charts, other various reports that keep data "alive"). The goal of C&R is to maintain the richness and vibrancy of the captured verbatim. We want to capture not only the quantity of the idea but also the true essence.
