Prepare seasonal customized collections and support every single buyer by offering the competitive quotation as per each brand's standard.3.Follow up buyer’s special development program and provide professional solutions by taking advantage of our sharp sensation upon yarn costs and production know-how (including yarn denier / weaving design) to meet buyer’s requirement and meanwhile to create the largest profits for the company.4. Monitor all the production steps from fabric development stage to the bulk order by communicating with the weaver / dyeing mill’s leader on a daily basis to ensure the delivery will be all on time.5. Analysis of the inspection report based on 4-point system and the DELTA E color machine report before every shipment to assure the quality is complied by customers' request.6. Manage and communicate independently with brand’s nominated garment factory in China / Vietnam / or Bangladesh, etc. If claim occurred, solve the problem by implementing the corrective actions and make a visit if needed to keep the nice long-term relationship.7.Regular face-to-face visit with the fabric buyers in Europe, or the buying office in China/ Hong Kong and Participation of the brands’ internal fabric sourcing fair and the Munich/ Texworld Pairs fair twice a year.8. Lead the team with understanding and keep the team in a dynamic atmosphere. Show more Show less
