      At Mobilize I worked with the release manager to ensure the releases were built and deployed correctly and on time. I have worked on the following projects: Rant & Rave – Developed a daily report to be sent to a third party that will contact Mobilize customers to rate Customer Services’ calls and emails. FCA – Adapted the software to ensure that commissions were calculated in accordance with 2020 FCA regulations. Broker Customer Deposits – Adapting the application to allow direct sales by brokers.       At Supercover my main task was giving support to the insurance management application, Aquarium. The Aquarium software developers and myself worked together to manage bug fixes, change requests and system enhancements. Using T-SQL, Stored Procedures and SSRS I increased client retention by generating ad-hoc reports following internal requirements. I also increased visibility of company performance by scheduling automatic generation of reports of renewal retentions, cancelations, mid-term adjustments (MTA), policies in force (PIF) and new business. The integrity of the information in the database was ensured by generating reports created by me to pro-actively detect and correct any incoherence while also performing the root cause analysis to detect and correct the cause of the incoherence The amount of user errors and the support requests was decrease by pro-actively identifying incorrect utilization of the application and giving on the job training to my colleagues in the correct procedures. I increased the productivity of my colleagues by automating repetitive tasks, this also helped to reduce user errors. During 2019 Supercover will migrate their insurance management application from Aquarium to a new system, MIS. I worked with the MIS development team to accelerate the development of the new application by gathering and interpreting business requirements. Together we identified and developed solutions for potential issues which may occur with the database migration.
