  Directs the management and coordination of the Human Resources (HR) and Administrative processes for the College of Engineering seven department. Develops, implements and oversees the College’s HR planning, policy administration, leadership development, employee relations, communications, payroll administration and training. Provides counsel to the Dean, Associate Deans, Department Heads and Business Managers on how best to strategically plan human capital within their departments and the College. Advises the Associate Dean with formulating and implementing policies and procedures relating to administrative programs and human resources within the College.
