  My role within the Global Energy Community is to lead the Projects Team. With my team, we aim to contribute to the overall Community objectives and specific project deliverables, in order to grow and strengthen the Global Energy Community brand within the energy industry. Additionally, we focus on: - In cooperation with the R&D Dept. assisting in defining the project, determining the methodology used to deliver projects, determining deliverables, concept, and plan for the project - Managing deliverables according to the plan, and verifying that project deliverables meet the requirements.

• Scientific Researcher in Energy Challenge Program

  The Energy Challenge - Virtual Academy is a three-month online education program, which includes three study modules, challenges, and a final research project. The topic for this year's curriculum was "Embracing Uncertainty with 3D," featuring three modules: decarbonization, decentralization, and digitalization in the Energy sector The project organizers and partners are Higher Economic School of UNECON (HES UNECON) together with partner organizations as IBC, PJSC Gazprom, Uniper SE, Wintershall Dea AG, N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie, Energy Delta Institute, OMV, Royal Dutch Shell plc, ESMT Berlin, Expoforum, etc. The first stage of the program (April-July) included self-study materials, video lectures, webinars, challenge solving, and individual and teamwork assignments. The second stage, Youth Day, was held as part of the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum in the first week of October, and it included a variety of interactive events, such as team-building exercises, business tasks, and a high-level meeting with executives from energy companies. Jovana has qualified for the second stage after being in the Top-40 participants out of 263 of them, and as a part of one of the five winning teams participated in the Energy Youth Day Challenge.

  In the summer of 2019, I had an opportunity to intern at a small business named SM Correct Accounting Agency. I worked under the tutelage of Mrs. Slavica Jorgovic and Mrs. Mirjana Dakic. During the internship I had an opportunity to work on Calculus software; a program that provides services in the field of financing and bookkeeping. • Collaborated with senior accountants on multiple functions, refining the workflow by automating manual processes through more efficient implementation of the Calculus software, which resulted in better time management and overall staff satisfaction. • Performed short-term forecasting analyses for our clients, and through Microsoft Excel and MS PowerPoint relayed the data to the clients, leading to positive reviews on my efforts. • Maintained and built relationships with clients, provided exceptional customer service, and efficiently communicated and presented financial statements.
