I got acquainted with Joules during the summer term of the Prefreshman Engineering Program at UTSA. She has handled the program efficiently, with her excellent classroom oratory and top-notch attention grabbing skills. The PREP program has been quite a success, and her innovative skills are to be credit for it. She is a very cordial person and with a good sense of humor and it has been my pleasure working under her.
