I was in charge of several projects which aimed to reduce risks in a portofolio of 134 PV sites in the UK (around 1GWp). These projects varied whithin a large range including cybersecurity, analysing and modelling behavioural patterns of components, PV panels, inverters or Transformers among others.In this position, it was required to deal with the client and report the project status regularly. Furthermore, I had to coordinate several parties (O&Ms, Owner's Engineer, TAs...) to ensure that deliverables of the projects were issued in time and projects finished successfully.Appart from the techincal knowledge, I wrote project proposals, project charters and closure reports, plus managing quotes, purchase orders and invoices to oversee the expenditure process. Further to the prior assignments:- I started to perform extra variable assessments, including inverter IGBT temperature, TX workload, string analysis, resistance insulation and active and reactive power injected into the grid.- Verifying incidents with the PV site operators.During this period I also created more tools not only for the team that I was working in, but also other teams in the company. I wore the hat of internal auditor so as to make the expenditure process more efficient. As an Analysis team member, I could expand my problem solving skills as I encountered a wide range of issues while I was keeping track of PV sites. My regular assignments were:- In control of monitoring of 37 PV sites (250MWp) in diverse portfolios- Technical support to insurance, legal and finance teams- Contractual calculations including full O&M, IAC and FAC (PR and availability)Apart from that, I added some extra value to my post developing efficient tools and macros for Analysis team so that the whole team could save time.
