I was lucky enough to have Josu as one of my key Product Leads at Mobimeo where he built up and led the Companion team to develop the first version of our live navigation feature. Josu grew into his role quickly and with with ease as he is a natural leader who is able to build a compelling product vision and inspire others to follow his "North Star". He did an exceptional job of building up the value proposition from scratch and then systematically and in a data driven way iterate on the product to a point where we saw a high user adoption and positive feedback. Josu also had a big influence beyond his immediate team and established a lot of the product best practices Mobimeo uses today, he is a great advocate of agile methods and helped mentor other Product Leads across the business. On top of all that he is an authentic and genuine person who stood up fo his beliefs and always did his best to support others to do their best, his team was highly motivated and driven under his leadership.
