Josué and I worked together to bring about an automation project at the Federal Mortgage Society. He had a coordinating and supervising role and was in charge of making sure all tasks were carried out, coordinating work meetings, helping with the resolution of disputes and summing up the overall progress of the project to chief officers. All along this project, Josué showed an impressive adaptability that enabled him to work effectively with people from every department across the bank on their own terms.
