At the Library of Arnhem, consisting of three seperate locations, I replaced the Novell and Groupwise infrastructure with one based on a Windows 2003 domain with folder redirection and roaming profiles. Using DFS to replicate data between locations so users could, for the first time, use the same account and data in all three locations. Printing was tackled with customized scripts, public computer access arranged with a mix of custom software and policies.
