I had the chance to work alongside Josie remotely in her time with us in John Lewis as a Senior UX designer - she is very personable, calm and considered with her approach to work. She proactively tackled work with the iOS and Android apps teams and was able to context switch with ease. She took time to understand the business and customer pain points and identify opportunities to improve these, whilst understanding the broader context. The only shame was that we never got to experience her IRL workshop skills - which I have no doubt would be great and engaging! Best of luck with the next adventures.

I worked alongside Josie on a key client of ours and her ability in the user research/ user experience space is exceptional. She always has a positive attitude and approach to her work, driving a sense of optimism through the team. She also has great experience helping UX/UI teams adopt a more agile approach, coaching, guiding and facilitating teams to be more collaborative across disciplines. Josie provides support to more junior members of the team in a friendly and approachable manner.
