The charity provides public and emergency services, enabling life-saving access to members' vital medical information in emergencies. I have been promoted within my time at MedicAlert to serve as team lead, with a focus on communications, strategy and partnerships.Responsibilities include those in my previous Marketing Executive role, with the addition of: • Work in collaboration with the CEO to develop and implement the charity's marketing and communications strategy, which integrates website, social media, promotional activity, publications, and press/media.• Allocation, briefing and monitoring of all work to the internal marketing team or relevant third parties, including SEO, Graphic Design and PPC agencies, to ensure priorities are achieved using the appropriate resource.• A key focus on data and information reporting, to track target and current customer behaviours and influence the marketing strategy.
