  As a Sourcing Specialist with Sundt, I supported our Talent Acquisition Specialists staffing for Sundt's Civil/Transportation Group, Industrial Group, Commercial Group and Concrete Group. I also supported Sundt's Support Groups (Talent Development, Information Technology and Central Proposals/Marketing).I routinely sourced qualified candidates for open requisitions through various avenues including LinkedIn Recruiter and other external postings.
