This annual two-week event in Biscayne Bay is the largest tennis tournament in the world outside of the four Majors. • Worked as the exclusive in-house attorney for the Fidelity partnership and licensing agreement that created ONEQ, an exchange-traded fund (ETF) that tracked the NASDAQ Composite Index.• Negotiated the sale of the QQQ and EQQQ to Invesco PowerShares, a seminal moment in NASDAQ’s company history.
