      Working at VASP Group I provided IT Support to 200+ staff across 7 different sites Australia wide before a large company-wide restructure which resulted in a sizeable company downsize and merge of two sites. Daily IT Support tasks involved installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of servers, NAS devices, wireless routers and various other networking equipment including the troubleshooting of various user issues both remotely and face-to-face which ranged from laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices. Key Achievements: • Completed troubleshooting of domain controller internet time synchronization on a virtual server. Configured a group policy object with WMI filter to configure settings then ran windows time commands and also identified an issue with the public NTP server port being blocked on the global router.
