-Open Door Legal needed a website update since their current one only caters to donors, not clients who require their services. -Took existing website, ran user tests, and looked at Google Analytics to determine changes needed to improve accessibility. -Research included user testing, accessibility standards, and competitive analysis. We designed new pages for improved form design including breadcrumbs to aid users' journeys and landing pages for clients. Created an accessibility toolbar for common languages and text size. Successfully completed 500+ hours of expert-led instruction in User Experience Design and learned of UI/UX fundamentals and the industry's most in-demand technologies. Developed projects, including: E-COMMERCE WEBSITE - Took an existing website gatorgames.com and redesigned the website using research methods such as competitive analysis, user research, and usability testing. Designed wireframes and mockups in Figma. Created a prototype of the checkout process and high-fidelity mockups which if implemented would boost exposure and clickthrough. FOOD RESCUE ROBOT - Designed an app for a desktop-only logistics robot that finds excess food that would go to waste and connects it to those in need. Research included journey mapping, affinity mapping, app mapping, task flows, personas, and more. Designed features including a schedule, map, and gamification aspects to help users complete and schedule trips.
