Bio
Bob Mancini, MBA, MACE
It has been my pleasure to know Joshua Matayka personally during his past year of studies at Biola University. I first observed Josh at a grad school event. I saw his servant’s heart as he was part of the committee running the event which was attended by about 200 students. He truly seemed to enjoy serving others – always displaying a big smile. We have typically met a couple times a month to discuss his studies, his future goals, and his personal life. Josh has been extremely serious about his studies and has always put them as a top priority. Besides his studies, Josh has worked as a personal trainer to help earn monies towards his educational expenses. He’s extremely fit, and loves to encourage others by passing along his training tips and techniques. Josh is a great networker. As he has been exploring his future business goals, we have spent lots of time brainstorming. He has followed-through with all of the networking connections that I’ve passed his way. A number of those connections resulted in informational interviews. I have observed him in his personal life as he interacts with other students. He is a fine young man whom I am honored to call my friend. I highly recommend Josh. Please feel free to contact me should you require additional information. Bob Mancini bob@bobmancini.com

There are many words I could use to describe Josh, but the one thing that stands out most is his determination in whatever it is he working on or trying to understand. He has a true passion on the mind and body connection and is always willing to show others what he has learned or engage with others on their views in relation to the subject, as well as many others things that matter to them. He's kind, free spirited, and ready to take on the world in a positive manner. He's a light that leaves and ever lasting impact.
