  Worked on a massive scale project to move a DOS based cobra system onto a web based platform using the .NET framework. Created a census import program of cobra information that clients provided. The program parsed information from various document formats into usable information that could be transferred to SQL Server databases. These tasks were automated but could be reran (upon making corrections), aborted, and reported on via the web application.
