Non-profit services company. Led team working on the largest disaster recovery program for single family homes in the United States. Fifty people working on over 7500 homes in New York City. The team provides architectural and engineering services, expediting, construction support, and cost estimating for over $500m of residential construction across all five boroughs. The team expanded their capabilities and skill sets at a rate unmatched by any of our competitors, receiving over 100 additional career certifications amongst them. Corporate involvement beyond direct projects to include restructuring digital approach for management, the adoption of iPads for field work, implementation of several productivity applications, and the retooling of several existing cloud systems to make them more effective. Created digital scripts for compiling workbooks, and built an online database for full project management and tracking. This system is now used on a half dozen projects for the company, and in Oklahoma, the application revealed shortcomings in the documentation of a previous contractor, saving the state $50 million. Used this platform as a basis for presentations and training to company staff on the effective use and approach to data entry and management. Show less
