      Our restaurant is dedicated to Rosalyn “Rosie” Bennett Lyon, also known as ZuZu. She was the beloved matriarch of the family that owns Hotel Valley Ho, as well as a fantastic cook, who believed that food is better when it's shared with the people you love. This little restaurant personifies what we love about Arizona; the rich sense of history, warm hospitality, and all its gentle reminders that we should never take ourselves too seriously.
