  Working at Hamilton Chase a typical day consists on phone call with clients, and candidates to aid with the search and to keep them updated and negotiate a deal on properties while building rapport. Often meeting Clients, and candidates face to face on viewings, and valuations focusing of providing a bespoke service. My best Month at the company saw me achieve 13 lets and 3 sales. In addition I do all the property marketing consisting of floor plan, photos and write-ups, and uploading them onto portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla. Significantly my understanding and ability to use modern technology quickly, and effectively means we can fully market a property in just a number of hours, including time of measuring up, and taking photographs. I have been able to develop our marketing through conversations with Rightmove representatives to ensure we maximize our audience. The Role has allowed me to develop my communication, and relationship-building skills displayed through my education and sporting background being adaptable based on the client or candidate. I enjoy the fast paced competitive environment it provides, in particular when beating a rival company on a Multi agency properties. While the property market has been somewhat quieter with fears over Brexit we have displayed that with hard work, determination and accurate marketing there are still buyers, and renters on the market. https://www.hamiltonchase.co.uk/
