It is my responsibility to manage referee rostering and supervise referees while they are on court. I deal with any problems that may arise including issues with players/coaches/spectators as well as any other issues that may arise during a game. I am also accountable for the games, ensuring that the courts are in a playable condition and that everything runs smoothly. It is also my responsibility to coach referees and provide feedback in order for them to learn and progress.
