  • Researched and developed a family of low-cost thermal interface materials and produced over twenty-quart and 4-gallon production batches. • Utilized Six Sigma organizational tools such as process mapping, Gage R&Rs, Ishikawa diagrams, and a SIPOC. • Conducted a Mixture Design of Experiment to optimize features of the project such as cost and thermal conductivity. • Contributed to the standardization of critical quality control tests used in analyzing thermal interface materials. • Communicated and coordinated with suppliers and manufacturers to find new production and research materials and to keep the R&D chemical inventory stocked.
