IT Apprentice Support Technician
-
May 2017 - Feb 2019
I Joined Speller Metcalfe for my IT Level 4 Apprenticeship, this involved me working on my coursework as well as getting experience with Remote Support. This also had me working with a bespoke system for logging tickets and keeping to an SLA for the In-House IT Support. I had learned all kinds of systems, this includes setting Devices up with Windows 10 for new members of staff. I also worked with Active Directory for In-House IT systems, this mainly allowed me to create users and to add permissions. Show less

Deli Assistant
-
Oct 2015 - May 2017
I started at Morrisons in the checkouts department but after a few customer service rewards in my fifth month I was offered a role to work within the Deli. It was a nice challenge but to allowed me to work in multiple departments to assist others. Along with the Deli Experience I also got to work on Warehouse, Trolley Collection, Hot Food, Pizzas, Butcher and also café. I also worked overtime to help stack shelves on particular days when the department was short on staff. Though throughout my tenure at Morrisons I have shown my capability to work in other departments and to perform tasks effectively whilst unsupervised. I have also developed a good customer and team rapport, it allowed me to develop strong relationships with both and brought up my confidence to help out and to get many tasks done. I even made the effort to tidy up the shelves and to make everything presentable for customers when the Deli counter closes. I thoroughly enjoyed working here and it holds a strong memory that I will not forget. Show less

Apprentice Technical Analyst
-
Sep 2014 - Oct 2015
I worked at Dephrisk as an IT Technical Analyst for my Apprenticeship with the LMPQ, I finished the course with Distinctions but I have also learned a lot from the IT Industry too for my first job in the IT Sector. My Main role was to develop my skills but to also procure results from Nessus into a Word document. This involved Nessus being configured by the Client and my Line Manager to test the Clients IT Infrastructure. It was my duty to then transplant the details into a nicely presented document for the Client and to suggest improvements if necessary. Show less
