From high level strategic planning to detailed budgeting, my responsibilities as the Chief Financial Officer stretch across all aspects of the company. Through the creation, review, and presentation of financial reports to operating officers and outside banks, I am able to maintain relationships with all divisions within the company. Keeping our Life Safety Systems employees in mind, I ensure that best practices and procedures are developed and implemented, while overseeing the maintenance and execution of the employee benefit packages. Being at the helm of the company budget, I review profitability and monitor our cash flow, while simultaneously maintaining our outstanding banking relationships. With my background and strong interest in engineering, I remain involved in the client contracts and fire alarm system requirements by reviewing all fire alarm drawings for accuracy, functionality, and cost effectiveness.
