  Duties have included a submission for the 2013 Discretionary Fund Proposal in which I identified six areas to be considered for upgraded bus shoulders, new bus shoulders, or transit advantages for which $3 million had be allocated. Intercommunity relations in order to coordinate the replacement and upgrade of signage. Analysis and redesign of bus bridge elements to reduce customer confusion and operator error. Contributed to the redesign of HHH Terminal 2 at MSP International Airport and the new State Fair Transit hub. Clerical duties, sign making, and meeting representations. The internship has taught me most about the breadth of work that goes into running and planning a transit system from the ground floor.
