My roles involve ensuring the effective operation of the National Competitions Department and providing specialist support in all matter pertaining to the discipline process. Responsibilities include: - Circulation & processing of competition entries - Fixture scheduleing - Maintenance of the National database of over 5000 schools - Appointment of match officials - Assisting with the planning, organisation, implementation & execution of National Competition finals at a host of professional stadiums - Day to day communication and customer support - Undertake consistent monitoring to ensuring all ESFA & FA rules and regulations are adhered to - Providing specialist advise and support on matters of discipline - Compliance with FA discipline procedures - Ensure effective and efficient recording of player cautions, dismissals & further misconduct cases - Contribute & collaborate with the PR department on communication & marketing strategies Show less
