  I have held many different coaching roles for Reading Rockets over the past 15 seasons. I have experience coaching boys and girl junior programs at National League and Regional Level. I have also head coached both Men and Women in Senior National Leagues. I am currently Reading Rockets NBL 1 assistant coach for the 2019-20 season.   As a course leader for the employability and community team, my role was to work closely with local organizations supporting the NEET and unemployed. I worked with local JCPs, Elevate centers, Housing Trusts, YMCA, Youth Offending and Youth work teams as well as Get Berkshire Active and also the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust to develop courses to either bring people back into education, training or employment.
