  I started this job as an Assistant coach and was promoted to lead coach in early 2018. Then in December 2020 was promoted to the role of Regional Manager, this role requires me to oversee the running of four separate venues across the Halton and Warrington west and Halton region, scheduling staff, performing audits and performance reviews as well as sorting any issues with customers or any other issues that may arise.
