As a deckhand on the clipper city, I would set up the waterline and make the water tank is full. while the tank would fill I would clean the bathrooms and take the sail ties off the two most forward sails and get all the sails ready for the day. When everything was done we would stand by for boarding, during the boarding process I wound board the guess and once everyone was on board we would remove the gangway and untie the vessel.once off the dock we could raise all 4 sails and continue our cruise. once on the way we would keep our eye on the guess and make sure everyone stayed safe and on the vessel. before returning to dock we would have to lower the 4 sails and return to the dock. Once back at the dock we would tie up and disembark the guess and get the boat ready for the next sail Show less

At cloud 9 I would clean and get the boat ready for the cruise. Washing scrubbing the outside of the vessel. During the boarding process, I would assist in boarding the guess. once we got everyone on board we would untie from the dock and get the vessel. Once on the way, I would watch the guess and make sure that they were safe. Once back at the dock we would tie up the boat and assist in the disembarking process. once everyone had disembarked the vessel I would clean the vessel and make it presentable for the next cruise. I was a supervisor at my job. My job was to run the crew on the ship before the cruise. I was in charge of making sure the crew cleaned the bathroom, make sure the outside of the ship is clean. My job was also to make sure that the engine room is clean, started up and running correctly. My crew and I would board people on to the boat. When the boat is on the way my crew and I were security patrolling the vessel making sure everybody is safe. Every 30 minutes I would go down to the engine room and make sure everything is running properly. When the boat gets back we clean it again and take the trash out and shut the boat down for the night. When the boat was down I would do maintenance on the boat. Painting, engine work, and anything that needs work on on the boat. I ran 200 ft boat, 150ft, and 98ft, with a max of 600, 450, and 70 people so I'm used to being under pressure and getting the job done. I know how to get things done in a little amount of time. I'm used to the cold and hot environment Show less
