Josh wears many hats at MumboJumbo and does them all well. He is the QA Supervisor and also a Producer for some of our off-site development. Josh is very detail-oriented and a gifted communicator. Producer and project coordinator for leading developer and publisher of casual games for the PC, Mac, Apple iOS, Nintendo DS, and Nintendo Wii. Managed production of an offshore development team of 15 people to oversee all project work related to game content, major design elements, application design and UI, creative writing for in-game use, monetization techniques, and production schedules. Report directly to Chief Strategy Officer to keep product development in line with budget and release schedule. Develop, implement, and manage all facets of quality assurance, including play testing, game flow analysis, bug reporting, and improvement recommendations. Completed titles include the Midnight Mysteries franchise, Angelica Weaver, and various Luxor titles that are available through the Apple iOS App Store, Big Fish Games, Steam, and nationwide retail outlets. As QA Supervisor - worked with game developers as well as other testers to maintain a high standard of quality for the project being developed. Managed our internal bug database to ensure proper flow of open, in-progress or fixed issues. Also took on the role of support to work as a go-between for customers and programmers to fix any bugs in post release.
