Josh wears many hats at MumboJumbo and does them all well. He is the QA Supervisor and also a Producer for some of our off-site development. Josh is very detail-oriented and a gifted communicator. Our projects were developed in Russia and that required quick, precise and respectful correspondence through emails, bug tracking systems and whatever method was needed to keep the schedule moving and the game fun to play. Josh is excellent at this because he is smart, has a very settling disposition and understands all phases of game development. I have never seen Josh lose his temper or panic... he works the problem, diffuses with logic and kindness and moves on. His skills include creativity, game playing analysis, and writing. I frequently called on Josh when he had available time to help analysize the gameplay of a game in production, think of some suggestions to improve gameplay, or to write some witty dialogue. Josh's broad talents and adaptability would make him a moldable fit for many positions.
