While serving the city of Spartanburg, I communicated with people from all walks of life daily, helping them with problems that they couldn't solve themselves. I preferred using my words to de-escalate problems with people who were already upset when they called me, received an award from the city for my problem solving skills. I presented cases in criminal court, acting as an attorney choosing jurors, presenting evidence, and examining and cross-examining witnesses. I'm most proud of consistently safeguarding people's fourth amendment rights while working. Show less

Administrative Office Manager
-
Jan 2012 - Apr 2014
As an Administrative Office Manager at 3rd Ranger Battalion, I managed over $3 million in property, while improving conditions with no loss of funds to the company. I audited service members' sensitive personal data, reporting financial gains that they were eligible for directly to our leadership.I maintained close connections with all administrative wings within our organization, as well as with contractors outside of our organization. In doing this, I was able to procure massive improvements to our facilities with no cost to our unit, improving the quality of life and morale of all I served.I dealt directly with our company's highest leadership, becoming a necessary link in the communication chain in the company. While doing this I managed and maintained an office of five individuals who learned the skill sets needed for the job and have continued doing it since I've moved forward in my career. Show less
