In October 2016 I was offered a chance to work on a series of promotional videos with Image Brew. While on that set I knew that being on a set is where I wanted to spend my life. Everyone on set has the same goal, to make the best product possible. Everyone works together and enjoys what they are doing. The environment of working with a group of people who enjoy their job, help each other and have the same goal is the best working environment I have been in. Since then I have worked as a P.A, Grip, and Audience Coordinator on multiple shoots. I have worked on America Ninja Warrior, Top Chef, Hyundai commercials, commercials for Discovery channel for shark week and many other Discovery channel shows. I love the hard work that goes into making great entertainment for the world to enjoy.

While interviewing for this position I was asked what animal I would be and why? My answer was a hound dog because I love running through the woods chasing things but I also like taking naps in the shade. This set the tone for who I am.I am a work hard and enjoy life type of person. After my first day at my new internship the producers of a show were stressing out because they needed someone to write a segment for the nerd show. They needed someone to research news and put a funny spin on it. I told them I was the person they were looking for and by the end of my second day I had wrote s segment that would be filmed and aired on their channel, channel 22 on Denver Comcast that week. I was then asked if I am willing to write for more of their TV shows, which I was excited to do because I believe you should never pass up an opportunity no matter how big or how small.

While interning at High Noon on the TLC reality TV show "Cake Boss" I quickly built a name for myself throughout the office. When I first arrived I was eager to work and learn as much as possible. The first Friday there was a work event with the whole office. I was talking to a small group of people telling jokes to everyone. The next thing I knew the group around me had grown and everyone was laughing. From this point on people knew me for my work ethic and my ability to make people laugh. As a young soldier I made a name for myself right away by impressing everyone around me with my work ethic. It was my goal to stand out above my peers. I did this by spending my free time studying and learning the craft of a Infantry Soldier. The next thing I did was never complain about any task that was given to me. I was taught at a young age to do everything with a smile. One day at a machinegun range some of the higher ranking people were talking and told me I would be the next person to get promoted because I stood out above my peers and I motivated people while keeping everyone in a good mood. From that point on I was promoted ahead of everyone I joined the Army with and even people who were higher ranking then me when I entered the Army. Once I became a leader I always made sure to teach everyone underneath me all my Army knowledge, work ethic, how to take care of their soldiers and how to have a good time while doing it. I thought of everyone around me as family. I did my best to treat them as my family. This is something I still carry into the workplace today. I consider everyone I work with as some sort of family figure. I do this because I believe people want to take care and not disappoint their family more than anyone else. I know thats how I feel and by using this tactic in a workplace I work harder to so the people around me are taken care of.
