During the Haller Global Honors Fellowship program at Pitt, I was part of a team of 3 people working on a consulting project for an Irish company, DoOrder. I was the liaison for my team, meaning that I facilitated communication between my team and the company. We did research into their target audience, competitors, and best practices to create a plan over 1 month, 6 months, and 1 year. I handled tasks in the office such as sending emails and physical mail. I also answered phone calls from clients and lawyers and put them into LegalTrak. I also met with clients to find them lawyers at a reduced price. I talked with lawyers to connect them with clients if they were seeking them out. I sorted the files for the Foundation and handled small financial data. Additionally, I helped sort the finances during the period of time that the Foundation was being audited.
