  Over the summer of 2022, I worked as a supervisor for a cleaning crew on the college campus. We deep cleaned the entire campus, (dorm rooms, classrooms, cafeteria, etc.), to prepare it for the next school year. I was responsible for delegating tasks to my team and managing each crew member to ensure our tasks were getting done on time and to a high degree of quality.
