  Perform scheduled maintenance/tests on software and hardware to evaluate and ensure proper condition for purpose. Write and maintain technical documentation for both support staff and evaluators. Assist staff and senior leadership in troubleshooting and solving computer, network, and peripheral issues through remote software tools and manual troubleshooting. Identify technology shortfalls and recommend solutions (written specifications). Technical liaison between senior leadership, management and next level IT support group. Latest accomplishment: Analyzed system, retired in-house legacy systems, deployed 45 new dock-able laptops, and migrated all user accounts (including user specific software to include Remedy, PEX, Oracle, and AFTPS) to new system.
