  My research operates at the intersection of social health psychology and public health where I look to translate laboratory-based findings into innovative community-based health promotion interventions. More specifically, my work predominantly explores how psychological (e.g., stress, subjective-wellbeing, personality) and social (e.g., relationships and stigmatization) factors affect weight-related behaviors and outcomes.
