  NCAA- This campaign requires the ability to look over student athletes accounts, to determine if the student is eligible for college athletics. Duties included assistance with account logins, troubleshooting our website and advising the student athletes and parents on what was needed for their evaluations. I handle an average of 50-65 calls per day from both the students and parents as well as the High Schools and Colleges. I also assist student athletes in advising them on how to send in their High School transcripts and SAT/ACT test scores.
