  I concentrate my practice in the area of Workers' Compensation defense, and I am a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation law by the Ohio State Bar Association. I represent state-funded and self-insured businesses and public entities in the area of Workers' Compensation defense and related litigation. I have represented employers in more than 1,000 hearings before the Industrial Commission of Ohio. I also handle appeals of Workers' Compensation issues to the Common Pleas Court, the Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Ohio. In addition to representing employers at hearings and trials, I assist employers with day-to-day claims management, injury investigations, actuarial analysis, and cost-savings strategies.
