At Complete Athlete, I was a fitness coach who carefully evaluated member needs and assisted them in achieving personal fitness goals. If a client had some sort of injury or pain, I would then teach them how to modify their exercises appropriately to avoid any more injury. I would always arrive on time, prepared and attentive for every training appointment. And by the end of the day, I would re-rack the weights and exercise equipment to maintain a clean private fitness studio.
