  I'm in charge of maintaining and supporting 120+ computers in regards to hardware and software, as well as maintaining local servers. I am in charge of creating and adding users to our domain, building and/or upgrading systems to improve work flow for users, and keeping all equipment, from servers to printers to scanners, in top condition. I have basic training in digital telephony, and am able to negotiate and manipulate Nortel phone systems.
