Josh is a very insightful and pragmatic engineer. He adroitly manages resources, time, money, and people with his own company as well as outside contractors to accomplish the set goals. Josh communicates very well to the people above, below and at the same level as him, so he is able to build effective teams that accomplish their needed tasks. In the past, I have worked with hundreds of engineers around the world. Josh is one of the select few I would really like to work with again in some capacity. He can be depended on to make the right choices and get the right things done.

I have worked with Josh on a long-term project while he was at Trilliant. He has leading the project and served as an excellent project manager responding to client questions and needs. He was very informed and knowledgeable of the technical information of the project. He ran weekly meetings very efficiently and always kept the ball rolling. He was very capable of identifying the project needs and assigning the right responsibilities to the appropriate people in the group. Josh has strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude and was always a pleasure to work with. I wish him the very best.
